SAVA Lashes is a home-based studio, so the address will be given to you 24 hours before your appointment.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required via Zelle immediately after booking.
No deposit, no appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours without rescheduling, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you reschedule, you will only be charged 25% of the service.

No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Remove face makeup on and around the eyes. Please come to your appointment with clean lashes.

If you are sensitive to caffeine, please do not drink any caffeine, at least 3 hours prior to your service since this will make your eyes jittery!

Coordinate your activities that involve sweat, pool/ocean submersion, or facials during the 24 hours after application so you do not get your lashes wet.

Remove contact lenses if it’ll be uncomfortable having your eyes closed for 1-2 hours.

You're welcome to bring airpods if you'd like a silent appointment or want to listen to your favorite podcast :).

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

Allow an extra 5 minutes after the service for photo & video taking.

Aftercare kits (shampoo & brush) are available to purchase at the time of your appointment.

Pre-book your next appointment 2-3 weeks out to guarantee upkeep of your fresh set of lashes!
